About us
Mindoronix is an educational space created for those who want to explore meditation practice through a clear and structured approach. The idea behind this course did not start as a theoretical concept, but as a response to real experience within our team. At a certain point, we faced constant information overload, scattered attention, and difficulty focusing even on simple tasks. This became the starting point for gradually exploring different practices — from basic breathing exercises to more advanced approaches to working with attention.
At the beginning, the journey felt fragmented: multiple sources, no clear structure, and difficulty maintaining a consistent routine. This led us to organize our experience into a system that allows step-by-step learning. Mindoronix was created to bring clarity, simplicity, and structure into the learning process. Our mission is to help people explore awareness at their own pace, without overload, through practical methods and a logical progression.

The author of the course is a Diana Stepina - Mindfulness Coach with over 6 years of experience working with awareness practices. Her professional path began with a personal interest in attention and inner observation, which gradually developed into structured work with individuals and groups. Over time, she has led numerous learning programs, individual sessions, and group practices focused on developing attention, observation, and consistency.
Throughout her work, the author has collaborated with educational platforms, small teams, and independent projects where meditation practices were integrated into everyday routines. The main focus has been on creating clear and practical materials that can be applied without complex theoretical frameworks. A significant part of the experience also comes from working with beginners who are looking for a simple starting point.
Over the years, hundreds of learners with different levels of experience have gone through these materials and sessions. This has provided valuable insight into what works best in a real learning environment. Special attention is given to structure: each stage builds on the previous one without overwhelming the learner with unnecessary complexity.
Mindoronix is not just a collection of courses, but an environment where practice is presented as a process that can be explored gradually. We focus on making learning clear, structured, and suitable for everyday use. At the center of everything is the individual, their rhythm, and their personal experience.
